Kim Domingo may be revered as one of the sexiest Filipinas today, but maintaining her voluptuous figure is no walk in the park. For someone who loves food so much — like most of us, actually — Kim shared in a 2016 interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) that working out has been such a struggle for her. Nonetheless, this was also what inspired her to exercise religiously.
“Nag-gym ako thrice a week. Kumuha talaga ako [ng trainer] para ma-push talaga ako kasi may pagkatamad ako!”
The sultry Kapuso star confessed that ab workouts were the part of her routine that she found the most difficult, as well as lessening her food consumption.
“Ma-tiyan kasi talaga ako na person! Yun ang problema kaya doon ang focus namin. Ay diyusko, ngayon lang ako nag-diet because mayroon akong pinaghandaan, e. Talagang dati, more, more lamon!”

When she had just started working out, Kim admitted that she had it rough, to the extent that she felt like she was losing consciousness. Fortunately, her body finally adapted to an active lifestyle.
“Nung umpisa, medyo hindi pa ako ganoong kasanay na konti ang pagkain mo at kailangan mo talagang tiisin. Ang hirap. Feeling ko, hihimatayin ako. Pero ngayon, nasanay na rin ako. Kumbaga, yung panlasa ko, di na siya masyado naghahanap ng pagkain. Pag konting kain lang, okay na ako, busog na ako, much better na.”
