As we all know, Luningning (Lea Carla Santos) became part of the popular dancing trio – with Milagring (Danna De Castro) and Mariposa (Rovielyn Cabigquez) – in the now-defunct hit Kapamilya noontime variety show Wowowee hosted by popular TV personality Willie Revillame.
With a sudden skyrocketing entertainment career at that time, she was even featured in numerous men’s magazine – FHM Philippines and Maxim Magazine – in 2008. In fact, Luningning once revealed that it was Direk Bobot Mortiz who coined that stage name for the beautiful dancer.

However, we all know that popularity in the ever-fickle showbiz industry might not last. Just like some celebrities before, Luningning also had a similar experience and she soon bowed out of the spotlight.
Fast forward today, what happened to her?
Since leaving the showbiz industry, the Luningning has now become a certified successful fitness trainer, as well as a businesswoman. She often posts about her latest endeavors and adventures in life via Instagram.
As a matter of fact, she established her own fitness studio called Stardanz Fitness Studio – a combination of traditional bodyweight exercises, Pilates, and dancing workouts such as belly dancing, pole dancing, aerial silk dancing, and etc.
Recently, Luningning got a chance to show her dancing abilities again during the first-ever solo dance concert of Regine Tolentino called “Ignite” at the Skydome in SM North Edsa. Fans of the dancer were treated to some awe-inspiring and amazing dance moves.
