Luckily, we found a tried and tested fitness and diet routine from a netizen named Rizza Paragas that might just do the trick.
After her weight loss transformation post went viral, Rizza Paragas shared her secret to achieving a slim figure.
In 2013, Rizza Paragas weighed 185 lbs. (83.9 kg). After being bullied for so long because of her weight, she felt that it was time to get fit. In her YouTube video, she said that she went through two stages to shed the unwanted pounds.
The first step was adjusting her eating habits and doing cardio.

Rizza said she would typically have her breakfast at 8 a.m., lunch at 12 noon, and then dinner at 6 p.m. She also had to cut down on her food intake. She said she would have a big meal for her breakfast but only a cup of rice for dinner.
She also advised viewers to eat healthier alternatives such as foods high in protein and fiber. Aside from her dietary changes, she would also walk and jog for an hour five times a week. By doing all of these in three months, she managed to lose 20 pounds.
The next stage that Rizza Paragas went through is a little more challenging. She did the 1200 calorie diet, where she only consumed a total of 1200 calories per day. She also started going to the gym, doing two hours of cardio, along with push-ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks. In three more months, she lost a total of 50 pounds.
Now, Rizza is more than confident enough to show off her svelte physique, as she now weighs a scant 135 lbs. (61 kg).
